As a Senior Associate, Markus Börsting advises and represents outpatient and inpatient facilities for the elderly and nursing care, hospitals as well as resident doctors, dentists and other service providers in the healthcare sector. The advice covers in particular the areas of SGB V, SGB XI and SGB XII, contract medical law and professional (dental) medical law and includes the corresponding representation in administrative and judicial proceedings. Other areas of focus are tenancy law (in addition to WBVG), contract drafting as well as the defence and enforcement of claims.

During his legal traineeship, Markus Börsting gained several years of experience in a law firm operating throughout Germany, focusing on various areas of medical law. He joined Ehlers, Ehlers & Partner in the Berlin office in June 2020 and has held the title of Specialist Attorney for Medical Law since 2023.
