Nicole Schwiegk is an attorney at law in our Munich office and advises companies in pharmaceutical, medical and commercial law as well as in the life sciences sector. It covers in particular regulatory matters, as well as issues relating to market access, pharmaceutical advertising and competition law, as well as contract design. It also participates in corporate transactions. In addition to pharmaceutical companies, Ms. Schwiegk also advises doctors and psychotherapists.
Prior to joining Ehlers, Ehlers & Partner, she worked in several major international law firms in the areas of corporate and commercial law as well as life sciences and IP law. She has extensive knowledge of the Southeast Asian region through her many years of legal practice in Singapore and Yangon (Myanmar).

As part of her legal traineeship, she worked at the German Embassy in Bangkok and at the Federal Ministry of the Interior. She also worked in the administration of the German Bundestag as a qualified right-wing candidate.
