Daniel Menghin has been part of our team at the Munich office since September 2020, initially as an intern, and since April 2021 as a research assistant.

After successfully completing his studies in Italian law in Innsbruck, he is currently in the clinical phase of his medical studies at the Technical University of Munich. At the same time, he is working on his doctoral thesis on “Civil Liability in the Health Care System due to Incorrect Diagnostics in the Light of Recent Developments in Genetic Research” at the Leopold-Franzens-University Innsbruck and the Università degli Studi di Padova.

The diversity of his studies is also reflected in the way he works: an excellent “all-rounder”. In particular, he prepares briefs, memoranda, essays and lectures for our law firm on issues in the field of medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
